Return Policy:If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective:Although we do our best to ensure each item arrives in excellent condition, occasionally damage or defect may occur.If the items arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it and we may require the customer to coordinate with us as we have to file a damaged shipping claim.

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it online.There are no cancellations after 12 hours of purchase.If you need to cancel an order, please send us a written request for cancellation via email to info@cushylives.com . Our team will do their best to stop your order, if possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests for cancellation due to how quickly orders are processed.If we are unable to stop or cancel your order, you are always welcome to return the product for a refund in accordance with our return policies.
